With close to 20 years as an experienced learning and development professional, I specialize in editing, technical writing documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) development, process improvement, and facilitation. I utilize a variety of instructional design models to create engaging and effective learning solutions that help support business goals and objectives.

I am proficient with Microsoft Office, several ebook authoring tools SnagIt, Camtasia, Captivate and Rise.

I am experienced with records and inventory management, budget allocation, and disaster recovery planning.

Personal Interest and Hobbies

I'm a voracious reader! My personal home library consists of over 2000 physical books, the gem being a personally autographed copy of Gwendolyn Brooks' "Blacks".

I am a member of the Carol Stream Public Library Bookclub, Black Girls Read Chicago Bookclub, and the BookMarks Bookclub.

I am a lover of all genres of music, but being a child of the 80s Chicago scene, I am partial to House Music.
